View safeguarding advice during Covid-19: Children | Adults

For emergencies when a child is in immediate danger please call the Police on 999.

If you have concerns about a child’s health or well being act on them. Even if your concerns seem small to you, please report them. All reports are taken seriously and acted upon sensitively. Action will be taken to safeguard children in immediate danger.

All children are entitled to protection, irrespective of race, ethnicity, religion or socio-economic background. When there appears to be a conflict of interest between the protection of the child and that of the community/religious institution it is the protection of the child that must come first.
