About the RSCB
The RSCB does not deliver services directly to children, young people and their families but it oversees the effectiveness of RCSB member agencies in performing these duties. It forms an independent view of local safeguarding work and challenges where necessary.

A constitution which sets out the RSCB governance procedures, membership and structure that support the RSCB in its work is currently under review. It will appear here when it has been completed. The Constitution will also define the values of the RSCB.
